‘101 ways to feel good’ was an idea that a teenager came up with to provide some great tips to help young people who are feeling anxious or down. Also, young people wanted advice for how to support friends who are struggling.
YEA Members held a conference to ask more young people what things help them to feel good. These have been turned into a full list and some posters.
